What was going on in your life before working with Laura @ Be.?
My starting point: I was pretty close to a burnout. The signals were all there: I felt I was surfing faster and faster across the ocean, all over the place. I was constantly on edge, in the hated rushing doing mode, boosted by caffeine and sugar, massively struggling with sleep. No sense of meaning, no fulfilment, no happiness, and a lot of physical and mental exhaustion.
What led you to actually book?
I had in the past tried a number of techniques on my own but as I was unable to make significant steps forward fast enough, I dropped them quickly. This time, I was fully aware that meditation was the solution and that I had to approach it in a different way, with the support of a coach
How was your experience during the course?
My key objective was to address sleep but we went well far beyond!
Laura is extremely knowledgeable and has the rare gift of explaining super complex concepts in simple powerful terms and images that I can easily grasp and elaborate further. Laura also taught me in each session practical techniques that were very beneficial, and super easy to fit in my daily routine. Very quickly, our sessions expanded into an invaluable in-depth exploration of the inner self. Each session was mind-blowing and I always ended each session with the full awareness of having added an important piece to my life's jigsaw.
What benefits did you gain from the Be. Journey programme?
The results are impressive: Thanks to Laura, I am definitely a more complete human being, much stronger mentally and physically, present in the moment and eventually aware that I've embarked on a precious journey that will never end!
