Who am I?

I'm Laura Coleman, Meditation Expert and Coach.  I help people just like you to harness the power of meditation to become calm, confident and clear. Guiding you to a more rich, meaningful, and engaging life that you can live wholeheartedly. 

That's my ninja skill. 

Using a combination of science based learning, simple practices and myth busting I make meditation attainable and accessible, no matter what your life looks like. 

I help you to build and maintain a practice so that it's truly sustainable so you can experience all the science-backed benefits it has to offer.


What else do you need to know?


No experience of meditation is necessary and experienced meditators are also welcome. 

We'll do two short practices together so try and find somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed if you can, without other distractions.  

That will also allow you to get the most benefit from the session.
